Count me in if they come to the Twin Cities! Unfortunately, I missed the Grammy performance, but thanks to the miracle of YouTube. Make sure you turn the bass up.

Did you hear the difference in the bass line? Sting has defiantly been practicing the last twenty or so years. It was incredible. I look forward to hearing the classic Police tunes done with that kind of musicality.

When I was a kid I was afraid of the Police. We were visiting England in 1983 and I heard that they played so loud at concerts that people's ear drums exploded. I thought, "What awful men, that they would do that!" In my mind, they were going around crippling people on purpose. When I go older and actually listened to them I was pleasantly surprised, although the long fade on Message in a Bottle bugs me to this day.
